What are the attractions of this new project, the Caicos Beach Club Resort and Marina?
The plus points for me are the 360-degree views, range of watersports and the weather. From an investment point of view, the most attractive aspect is that you can enter via your self-invested personal pension (SIPP) and take advantage of the tax relief.
What are your personal impressions of the islands?
I like the Caribbean in general and I've been waiting a long time for an opportunity like this to arrive. I've been absolutely blown away, not only by the terrific views but also the possibilities for relaxing and enjoying myself on the golf course.
